Overview

The Agency Control Plane is a centralised 'Command Centre' that manages 100+ bespoke client automations from a single interface. It serves as an Infrastructure-as-a-Sheet layer: eliminating hardcoded IDs and providing strategic governance through an integrated 'Kill Switch' (Active/Suspended/Unpaid) protocol.

"

The Origin Story

I code for human nature. Scaling an agency requires a defensive mindset where trust is balanced with technical sovereignty. I built the Agency Control Plane to ensure that I can offer high-fidelity testing and services while retaining a centralised kill switch: protecting my intellectual property and ensuring that services are only active for paying clients.

ROIReal-World Impact

Reduced administrative maintenance time by 90%. The system provides a 'Single Source of Truth' for all client assets, ensuring that security and status updates are synchronised globally across the entire technical stack.

Challenge

Most automation scripts are fragmented and hardcoded. When scaling to multiple clients, this creates security risks, maintenance overhead, and a lack of operational transparency for the agency owner.

Solution

A master ID Repository and Status Handler. Every script in the ecosystem 'phones home' to the Control Plane to verify client status and retrieve secure folder/file IDs before execution. If a client is marked 'Unpaid' or 'Suspended', all associated services are deterministicly halted at the architectural level.
