Overview
Reclaim Sanctuary is a proprietary 'Logic and Care' dashboard built to solve the solo-founder's greatest threat: burnout. Born from a survival mechanism to manage three children and four business branches, it evolved from a daily email briefing into a deterministic environment that protects energy, enforces strategic boundaries, and automates high-velocity content creation across 8+ platforms.
The Origin Story
The 'Hustle Culture' of solo-founding is a nervous system death sentence. I built Reclaim to be my autonomous guardian: a system that manages the 'Cognitive Overhead' of my multi-brand empire (Instagram, LinkedIn, Substack, Blogs) while ensuring I don't forget the basics of human survival. It transforms creative flow from a dangerous 6am-all-nighter into a sustainable, protected asset.
ROIReal-World Impact
Eliminated the 'context-switching friction' of managing multiple brands. Reclaimed 15+ hours of weekly cognitive overhead through AI-led synthesis while enforcing mandatory boundaries that protect long-term operational resilience.
Challenge
A solo-founder managing 4 businesses, 3 children, and 8+ content channels. The result was a 3am 'Always On' cycle where basic self-care (water, sleep, exercise) was neglected in favor of 'Creative Flow', leading to an unsustainable bottleneck in both life and business.
Solution
A web-based Executive Sanctuary that replaces the 'Daily Email' with a distraction-free dashboard. It features a deterministic 6pm 'Sanctuary Dimming' protocol, gamified self-care tracking (water/energy), and a multi-brand content engine that generates platform-specific ideas and Midjourney prompts, saving all work to a persistent database for 'Brain Dumping' without context-switching.
