Reclaim isn't just a dashboard; it is the Central Command of my digital operations. Born from a mission-critical Apps Script that synthesised high-velocity data into the 'Only Email I Need', it has evolved into a proprietary AI-Native Executive Control Plane. It leverages Gemini 3.1 Pro to audit 40+ high-decibel data streams daily: including newsletters, emails, and drive activity: leaving only the strategic pillars: Market Shift, AI Alpha, and Ops Fuel. Beyond mere automation, Reclaim enforces the transition from 'CEO Mode' to 'Offline Mode' with precision, reclaiming the authority of silence.
Challenge
The 'Executive Noise' of managing multiple digital properties as a solo-founder. Burnout caused by 'inbox infinity' and the constant drag of manual data synthesis, which blurred the lines between professional output and personal presence.
Solution
A deterministic '5:30 PM Hard-Boundary' protocol. By building automation to force compliance in work-life boundaries, Reclaim transforms chaotic data streams into a single 'Director Pulse' briefing, ensuring peak operational performance during the day and absolute human presence in the evening.
