PAX (Visual Engine)
PAX: Principal-Grade Visual Engine for AI Identity & Cinematic Motion
Overview
Inspired by Katya Varbanova's 'Viral Marketing Stars' but built to bypass high course costs, PAX is a bespoke 'Visual Wardrobe' engine that replaces complex prompt engineering with a simple, high-fidelity interface. It bridges the gap between static generative identity and cinematic motion, allowing users to 'click to dress' their digital twin with surgical precision.
The Origin Story
PAX (named after the IKEA wardrobe system) was built as an internal alternative to Katya Varbanova's viral marketing frameworks. I wanted the power of high-end Flux LoRA models without the messy iteration of raw prompting or the 'Prompt Tax' of expensive courses. It transforms the AI generation process into a 'Cher Horowitz' wardrobe experience.
Challenge
Raw AI generation is unpredictable. '3 arms, warped fingers, and no clothes under a blazer' are common failure points in standard prompting. Maintaining consistent identity across different environments while ensuring 'Prompt Hygiene' (safety and quality) usually requires technical expertise that most marketers lack.
Solution
A curated 'Prompt Hygiene' layer that hard-codes negative prompts and identity-anchors into a one-tap UI. By utilising Astria.ai for fine-tuned LoRA hosting and Gemini 3.1 Pro for cinematic motion derivation, PAX ensures that every generation is safe, consistent, and architecturally sound without the creator ever needing to touch a line of code.
Business Impact & Scalability
This project isn't just code; it's a strategic asset designed to eliminate operational friction and drive measurable conversion. By focusing on React 19 and Next.js 15, we ensured a foundation that scales with enterprise demand.
