The Operational Core is a bespoke financial orchestration layer that automates the entire invoice lifecycle. It eliminates the 'Administrative Gravity' of manual data entry by synchronising spreadsheets, generating professional PDFs with embedded branding, and managing secure cloud storage and client communication in a single click.
The Origin Story
This project was my 'lightbulb moment'. As a Virtual Assistant, I was losing hours every week to the mind-numbing repetition of copying data between fragmented tools. I built this to replace myself: transforming a 20-minute manual process into a 2-second automated event.

Challenge
SMEs often suffer from a 'Copy-Paste Loop' where data must be manually moved from CRM to Spreadsheet to Document. This process is prone to human error, creates significant operational debt, and prevents founders from focusing on high-value strategy.
Solution
A custom Apps Script engine that serves as a 'Single Source of Truth'. It features an automated trigger system that detects when an invoice is ready, fetches client metadata, generates a branded PDF via a custom HTML template, and dispatches it via Gmail with an integrated audit trail.
