It eliminates the 'Administrative Gravity' of manual data entry by synchronising spreadsheets, generating professional PDFs with embedded branding, and managing secure cloud storage and client communication in a single click.
The Origin Story
This project was my 'lightbulb moment'. As a Virtual Assistant, I was losing hours every week to the mind-numbing repetition of copying data between fragmented tools. I built this to replace myself: transforming a 20-minute manual process into a 2-second automated event.

Challenge

Solution
A custom Apps Script engine that serves as a 'Single Source of Truth'. It features an automated trigger system that detects when an invoice is ready, fetches client metadata, generates a branded PDF via a custom HTML template, and dispatches it via Gmail with an integrated audit trail.
