Overview
A real-time marketing pipeline simulator designed to visualise the 'Ghost Lead' physics of customer journeys. LeadFlow allows marketers to debug complex funnels and project ROI through interactive node-based modelling.
The Origin Story
Acquisition is often treated as a black box. I built LeadFlow to transform marketing math into a visceral, visual experience. By treating the customer journey as a DAG (Directed Acyclic Graph), we can identify bottlenecks and 'Golden Paths' that are invisible in traditional spreadsheet analysis.
ROIReal-World Impact
LeadFlow enables 60fps recalculation of whole-campaign ROI, allowing agencies to prove value during live pitches. It bridges the gap between raw traffic and revenue through physics-driven lead visualisation.
Challenge
Marketers struggle to communicate the value of complex attribution models to stakeholders. Static reports fail to show the impact of variable changes (like ad spend or churn) in real-time, leading to slow optimisation cycles.
Solution
An interactive simulation engine that visualises 'Actuals' against 'Projected Potential'. It features recursive backtracing to identify high-yield conversion routes and AI-driven 'Profit Playbooks' to fix identified leaks instantly.
